I take red raspberry leaf regularly to make my menstrual cycle lighter and more regular. I have a huge stash of different herbs to use when we are sick, like echinecea for colds, slippery elm bark for our throats, and peppermint for sick stomachs.

do you find that taking the red rasberry leaf alone works ??

I most use the essential oils: lemon, orange, camomile, bergamot,lavender...
I use them as blends -inhalation, baths and etc.For relaxation, energy and so on.
I add them also to my champoons and lotions for better healing effect.
I dont drink tea so much:-)
