Las Vegas. Help!

I am leaving for Las Vegas in 3 days. We are staying at the Stratosphere. I know for sure we are seeing a show on Wednesday evening. I know for sure we are doing the Haunted Vegas Tour on Tuesday evening. Bruce said something about a light show on Monday night. I think he said Fremont Street. I am all excited about the nickle slots! Is there anything else I should look for or be even more excited about?

That sounds like a lot of fun. I have always wanted to go to Las Vegas. I have a friend that was in the Air Force there. He would tell me all about the excitement he had there.

I think that you should look for...A ticket for me! You are so lucky, you know, having Bruce AND getting to go to Vegas. There may be lots more to find out AFTER you get there. You may want to leave some time open for surprises. Hope you have lots of fun. Then you can tell us all about it! Hugs.

Not to sound strange but check out the food network's website http://www.foodnetwork.com and check out Rachael Rays $40 a Day and there's another one that they check out various places to eat. In Vegas they found the most awesome places that had sooooo many nice dinners for really cheap and it wasn't all that icky buffet style stuff that most people eat when in Vegas. Of course if that's part of the room charges then eat there! LOL

There is so much to see and do in Las Vegas. Since you are staying at the Stratosphere, you can walk down the block and catch the monorail in front of the Hilton Hotel. The monorail makes about six stops along the strip. You must go to the MGM Grand and see the live lions in the middle of the casino. Go to New York, New York and just stroll the streets of old New York. Go to Ceasars and shop at the three floor mall. Go to the Venetian Hotel and you will feel like you are in Venice (ride the Gondola, it's worth it!). Freemont Street is probably the best deal of all. If you go there at night there's a free light show and some of the old casinos are still in operation. They have really cheap buffet deals and you can see some great entertainment way cheaper than any of the hotels on the strip. Also, play the penny slots. You'll get more mileage out of your money and yes, you can win money that way. Have a great time!

You are going to have a blast there! I loved it when I went on my honeymoon. I would walk into all the different casinos and look around. We stayed in the Luxor and they had alot of good shows going on in there. I loved going to the M & M Factory. I played on the penny machines in the Luxor and kept winning money, my husband lost his. I wish I could go! Have enough fun for all of us back here on MyLot. Have a safe trip.
