Keep a notebook and write down all the tasks you need to do. If you write it down as soon as you remember, your mind won't be cluttered with "don't forget this" and "don't forget that". For some reason, I seem to remember 'things' right when I'm trying to fall asleep. I keep a notebook on my nightstand and if something comes to mind, I write it down so I don't lose sleep because I'm trying to convince myself not to forget to do that!

I have always been a "list" person. I keep a list for everything. I have found that just the act of writing something down helps me to remember. I also keep our appointments in a day planner. As I said, I am a list person.
