How Do You Get Blog Readers?

Ok, we now have blogs on myLot. How do you find your friends blogs and how do my friends find my blog? I've only had my blog listed here for a short time but I can't tell that anyone here has found it. Any ideas and suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!
