JESUS CHRIST comes to mind. I think we are all lacking when it comes to following in his footsteps. I think many of us try but we tend to fall short. Thank goodness for his grace and for the opportunity to be forgiven when we make mistakes. I hate it that he had to die but I am thankful that he did die so I can be forgiven of all the mistakes that I make.

I got a generic answer as my first thought: "any decent person". No doubt about it, I'm going to have to get my idealism tuned. Or reinstalled.

I think ANY spiritual or great leader could fit this description...Jesus Christ naturally, or Mohammad...the dogma of these religions are wonderful...but their teachings aren't necessarily followed...Martin Luther King, Jr also comes to mind--he was wonderful in paving the way for rights for ALL people but again and unfortunately there is still bigotry and no, not all people are viewed as equal...
