innocent flirting

So, If you are married or just in a serious relationship even, how much is too much.. Are you ok with your spouse talking to and flirting "innocently" with their ex or other women or men in general?
So if you are happily married is it ok in your opinion or no?
I have a large issue with it. I guess my self esteem is terrible and i am extremely jealous/over nervous.. and it would bother me.... badly

I use to be extremely insecure and jealous!! If I was dating a guy and I saw him talking to another girl I would break up with him and tell him to go talk to her all he wanted to now. But now that I am married and have kids I see things differently. I don't mind my husband talking to other women, I know he is coming home to me and only me so I let things go. O know I enjoy talking to men every now and them (they can make me feel good about myself) and I know my husband enjoys the same things. So if it is just talking I let it go, no big deal. It is a hard thing to get over but I have done it, so I am sure you can too eventually. Just remember that you are a great person and the guy you are with has chosen to be with YOU and not someone else.
