Free and easy design site

I am looking for somewhere I can design a website for free, using a very easy system akin to Blogger where there are professional looking templates and the ability to both click and drag AND enter HTML. I am fully aware that I will have to pay for hosting, and anywhere that would allow me to design for free and pay for hosting whenever I am ready would be perfect. Any ideas?

first visit, http://www.freesitedesigner.com good place to design website woth alot template there after you finish you can publish you website to your host with fast and easy, if you want a good template going to http://www.templatemonster.com and download and edit with WYSIWYG pro editor many free download out there, or u can using frontpage,fotoshop or dreamweaver.
buy domain name, alot cheap domain name out there, my suggest is www.godaddy.com never use free hosting or free domain include subdomain not good look on internet with loong web address.
hosting service you can visit this service http://www.oceanplus.org UNLIMITED data base BUT only e-gold accepted, if you not have e-gold you can visit http://www.godaddy.com again and buy hosting service.
