yeah , that's a common feature. it happens when our hardwork is not appreciated or when we do not enjoy the job itself. i too faced it once, overcome it by making a healthy relation with collegues, arrange a funny get together once in a week or month with them. keep your place neat and fresh , arranged, try to change ur location a bit which may make u fresh, try hard to ur satisfaction, not boss's keep ur work tension away after job have some relaxing outing or paly after work this may help you
