Nine referrals - 21 cents, not that good?

Getting referrals ain't the first problem it seems, getting referrals that actually actively POST is the problem. How does it go for you?

You have to breif your referrals that they should perform well through discussions and responses. If they post one or 2 discussions and respond 10 to 15 discussions, you hardly get anything.
