Well,maybe some guys wanted to have fun with the girls or maybe it's in their blood. I've known a lots of guys like that,like former boyfriend. I thought he's really serious when say those words but only to find out that he's also dating other girl. Sinapak ko sya,buti nga!sinungaling kasi.
