Where can I replace my head portrait? Help!

By chance I found mylot yesterday,and logging in.Now I can't use some itmes.Need Help! Thanks of the warm-heart persons!

On the left you will see 'Customize your Profile' and 'Edit your Preferences' it is there that you will find a place to upload a file to use as an avatar or portrait. It only needs to be quite a small picture. Make it represent something about you or your interests or likes or dislikes. Mine is chosen because of my username.
