how do you value yourself?

do you value yourself? we should value ourselves!!! because if we dont, then who will?! i value myself in terms of physical, intellectual, mental, emotional, and spiritual upliftment. i try my best to give the best to myself, to cut myself some slack, to give myself rewards whenever i achieve something good. :) what about you?

I value myself as personality and a talented person who create art.I value myself as friend. But unfortunately i inderestimate myself at many areas of my life and that`s a serious problem for me.
