During the hot summer, what do you bring along with you for sun protection? it could be your UV-absorbent sunglasses, sunscreen and a lot more.

Since it summertime in my country, It is sweltering hot. Temperature reach as high as 38 degrees C. I bring the following with me: 1. My UV filtered sunglasses - to protect my eyes from the sun...as we all know the sun can cause cataracts eventually. 2. I apply my SPF 30 Banana Boat sunscreen to avoid the damaging rays of the sun 3. My umbrella- I get off from work at 2 pm which is one of the hottest hours so I need this to protect myself while I walk myself to the bus station
