When I am sad or angry then I found I need to do something then I will forget what confusee me.What will you do when you are in mood?

When I am in one of those moods I switch of my mobiles and cut myself of from the rest of the world.I go into my shell and watch a good movie,read a book or sleep till I feel better.

When I'm sad or angry I like to be alone. I want to just sit in a quiet room or place and not talk to anyone. I also like to go drive when I'm angry or sad.
