I have a personal friend who went through a similar event to what happened at VA Tech. I have listened to a lot of people on the news and talk shows that have never experienced such an terrable event. These people need to shut up and listen to people who have been through this type of etrosity. These people (including myself) have no clue about what steps to take, what they should have done, etc.
