Well, It's a good habbit of you don't like food which require lots of oil and spice. I admit that I like heavy and spicy food pretty much. More over, I love juck food. So, I am afraid I am getting fatter and fatter. I wish I could have such a good habbit as you do.

I guess spicy and oily food are okay once in a while. But these sort of foods normally result in stomach upsets. So it is advisable to avoid it as far as possible.Eating Junk food is also not a healthy habit. I was like you too but now that i need to cut down a couple of kgs i am careful about what i am eating

I agree as well, oily and spicy foods aren't good for your health so I also try to avoid them. At home, I usually eat stir-fried food without much oil, rice, boiled vegetables, baked potatoes and raw salad foods. But when I am at university - i cannot avoid it because it is quite difficult to find healthy non-greasy foods. So usually after I eat my stomach doesn't feel all that well. Also, oil when it becomes left over a few nights will become poisonous. Ive seen some fish and chip restaurants that do this - the oil becomes thick and turns white - this is a sign of toxicity so ask for a refund when you spot it in your food.

You sound like a health conscious person. I too had eaten spicy and oily food long back after which my stomach got upset. Thanks for your inputs,glra2222.
