how did you got over a heartache or break-up?

i know all of us went through this stage of relationship. whats your life after the break-up? how did you move on? what did you do?
me?..once ive realized everything is over and that that was not really meant to be, i easily move on because i can easily accepts things that had happened to my life. i got over with, with the help of my friends, his friends, my siblings and my mom's advice, my ex-boyfriend/bestfriend advices and thoughts, with the help of myself and most specially with the help of dear Lord.

i've been there before :) badly broken, non stop tears, felt like the world is over :)) i never go to my parents4 seek romance advance coz embarasse, so i prefer friends. friends really helpfull when u break up with someone. i hung out with friends, laughed and smiled together with them and at night i back to tears,lol.. but then in next day i hung out again w/ friends n when the time went by the pain also gone :) also new bf will be helpfull.
