Did you know that some of us behave differently when in public and private life? I know one person who when he is in public, he potrays himself as soft spoken, caring, gentle and very helpful. But when in private, he totally the opposite! One example, he is quick to anger and very intimidating. I call it "split personality". Do you know anyone who have a split personality? How do you deal with a personality like that?

Split personality is more rampant than you can imagine. Indeed, if one examines oneself properly, one will discover some element of it inhouse. Any gossipper or back-biter who cannot own up to what he/she said of another person when confronted, has split personality. A partner who cheats on the spouse, but pretends to be loving while to the latter, has split personality. Thiefs, fraudsters, fake evangelists, anybody at all who cannot own up to his/her secret misdemeanours, have split personalities. Anybody who pretends to be what he/she is not has split personality. Dealing with them is easy, because many people are involved one way or the other in the milder form of it. You simply laugh it off, but sermonise to them, when they exhibit the trait. However, when it involves those committing serious crimes, you try and run away from them.

Are you sure what you are talking about? It sounds like you too have "split personality"? (lol). Sorry, I was just kidding around. Anyway, thank you for your research. From what I gather from you, it sounds like most of us have that "split personality". Scary, huh?

No offence. I meant what I said. Happily, you got me right. Everybody has some traces and traits of SP. Human nature? Thanks for your counter comment.

I guess it is normal to behave differently both in public and private life.
