Are you addicted to weighing yourself ? ........................?

I’m not, but I wonder if anybody addicted, I know some people they weight every day, to see the effect of their diet. Are you one of those? How often you weight yourself? Do you follow special diet? Do you wish you gain or lose weight?

yes!! im pretty much addcted on weighing myself! i usually do it every morning, during lunch time and during 6 am before i sleep. :P ciao!

I have fond memories of my father coming out of his bedroom every morning in his boxers to weigh himself on the scale we kept out in the hallway. He was a stickler about maintaining his weight. Unfortunately family genetics can't be altered.

I am addicted to weighing myself. I weigh my self first thing every morning and right before I go to bed. I try to stay in a certain weight range and keep track by weighing myself. I ended up gaining some weight due to some stress and now am very weight concious. I have started weight watchers and have lost 4 pounds so far. I need to get down only 3 more pounds to be in my 'safe' range and then I will feel a bit better about myself. I will continue to weigh myself every day and night!

I don't weigh myself every day. I'd rather not be frustrated with the slow weight loss. I actually try and stay away from the scale. However, I was feeling pretty good yesterday so I weighed myself both yesterday and today just to confirm that yes, I have lost those five pounds. Only ten more to go....
