Do you think there is a way to stop the sea level from rising?

Do you have anything in mind? Well this can be a serious matter in the future for us because we are not marine creatures. My suggestion is that first they have to find a way to patch the ozone layer to stop the sun from melting the ice in the North Pole. If man learned about cloning why can't they discover these stuffs? Then they have to build a very huge water dam in the North and South Pole, store a massive amount of sea water. They can also make use of cryogenics to tame the water from a splurge rampage. Finally they can give me an outstanding award for my brilliant idea. I'm just joking. What do you think?
