I would make sure that I donate alot of money to charity but I would also personally adopt many children and keep some of these kids out of the system, or personally run a Children's home.

I would try to privatize the foster care system in my state. It needs a major overhaul. I would then help people who could not afford 20 thousand dollars to adopt children. And then I would go to Disney World! Hey a girls gotta have some fun.
