how did you think about your current company that you work for

I thought it was easy,but when I enter this company,I found the atmosphere here is kind of dead.this company stands far away from urban city.people here seems did not like hip-hop or street basketball or vedio games or other fashion stuffs.all they do just play poker card,chess or online-games after work.they play basketall like a formal game,and aways take much time argue about an meaningless foul. Out of the company there is just roads and some little gereral store.Life here was like be in prison.
