when you have heartburn,acid indigestion,sour stomach,bellyache what product do you reach for first and what do you think in your opinion is the best...?

Tums are great and I should look into some pepto for the upset stomach. I try to keep tums or rolaids on hand at all times you never know when indigestion will hit you.. Thanks forthe response I appreciate it. Happy posting.

Cool! are there any bad side effects? It seems the only time I get heartburn or acid reflux is when I eat itallion and spicy foods which I love but have cut back on so as not to irritate my stomach and throat so bad. I want to thank you for repling to my discussion I appreciate it.

i grab whatever is available..most the time that is rolaids becuase that is what my husband uses.. thanks for the repsonse i appreciate it ...

I have used both brands and they help about the same. I grab whatever is handy most times anything to stop the heartburn and acid reflux. Well, thanks for replying to my discussion i appreciate it.
