driving without insurance: u can save premium of insurance in good amount but for how long. God forbid if one accident take place evn after saving premium of 15 years & u have to pay just 1 Third party claim it can cost u the saving of ur lifetime or evn more(including premium saved). choice is urs dear. Paying for safety or saving for feeling sorry. saving is necessary in life but not at such high risk.
