Welcome to Mylot, my friend. Firstly, to lose weight is not an easy job, especially you need to lose 25KG. Secondly, there are many ways of doing this,in my opinion,yoga maybe too soft for you. What about go to the gym and to do some strong sport? By the way, don't forget to drink more water and keep a diet? Good luck to you. Hope both of us can succeed!

Hello lozzite I think the best way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Manage your food and do cardio exercise, like running, walking, aerobic and swimming. Weight training is really good for weight loss too, but you must combine it with burning fat like running or aerobic. Try to running or walking an hour a day, and drink a lot of water will help you. I read the book YOU ON A DIET and it changed my way of thinking completely regarding food and exercise. I've lost 20 pounds since Jan 2007, which is not something I do easily. Basically it's eating right and exercising. Make sure you add weight lifting. This really helps. It tones and builds your muscles which will then increase your metabolism. Just cardio alone isn't enough, you've got to do both. Good luck!

Hey, Firsly welcome to mylot. All my wishes are with you. I feel that if you want to lose some weight then you can try doing some yoga. I have heard in recent times that it really helps and is quite effective in a lot of contexts. So, whats wrong in trying it once. It doesn't charge you anything. And if it really does work its for your good only. Best Of lUCk.
