Do you have fear of growing old ?

I will yet another have a birthday in the next 2 weeks. Its exciting, but there is also an apprehension that someday..someday..when I would look at myself in the mirror, i will not be as young..as eternal as I am today. And that is sadly inevitable. Do you have this fear? The fear of growing old...and somehow looking back with few regrets, of not living life worth your while?

yes i have the feeling to be fear of being old and it is just normally to have the fear. we all will become older from year to year. so in this age that we are still young, we have to take care of our health, have a good lifestyle, so in the year when we have become older, we can still stay health, and doesn't look as old as your age. you will look younger

yeah at times, especially when i see old people around. When they are so helpless that no one is there to help them... That's my fear growing old...but i get to think at times also that its nice to look back when you are already old those happy memories that you've been through and to remember those people who have been part of your life....
