what do u do to keep urself fit?

i go for joging in the morning to keep myself fit. i also do yoga. it really helps. what do u do buddy?

Well, I run 2 km almost every day. I think I keep fit but the others will say.

I really like to go for walks around the neighborhood. Lately, I've also been doing some kick boxing, which is a really good workout! I'd like to try doing yoga, but I haven't yet. I keep hearing it's really great though, so I want to try it out soon.

I always find time to walk a 5 kms a day but because of some time scheduling, I sometimes can't do it always. I love to walk as it is the time for me to really think of different things in my life.

Well I take walks with my dog everyday, then I use a lab louge and gazelle everyday.
