after those overnight session at the office just to met deadlines, after those rush reports to be submitted to your boss, and after a very stressful day, how do you unwind yourself? do you go out with friends or officemates or just go straight to your homes and have a good night sleep?

I can have a rest only on sundays. After a whole week of 6 days'work,I am terribly tired out.On saturday nights,I often watch TV until late into night or chat with my roommates till deep into night.Because I do not need to get up early on sundays.I will get up very late in the sunday morning.Do not eat breakfast on sunday mornings. At luch I will eat a lot.The afternoons are my favourite time.I will go around the supermarkets with my friends, although most of the time I do not buy anything.Although a little tired,I am always very happy.

Unwinding after after a stressful week/s of working overtime just to meet the deadlines is very important to ones self. However, unwinding could vary depending on what state of well being you are in now. If you are a YUPIE, going to spa, having a good night drinks and karaoke with your friends and officemates would be enough to regain your phisical exhaustion. But if you are already on the mature side, maybe going to a weekend retreat is all you need to cleanse your body and soul and regain your physical strength.

i either indulge in a quick-fix thing of an after-office night out or coffee over long talks; or go to a weekend travel and takes lots of pictures and lots of good memories. it depends on the finances actually. when things just boil down to a must-stay-at-home scenario, i take lots of sleep and write a lot.
