Have you ever disagreed with your pediatrician?

Pediatrician concerns so much for our kids health, but, is there any chance that you disagreed with him/her? I think in that kind of situation concerning health, as parent, I do take second opinion if really concerning medical treatments and surgery. I'm very much careful with all the drug prescriptions like what happened with my cousin when he still 8 month old. I think it's called malpractice, when the doctor gave him the wrong drug and the parents don't have any idea about the side effects of it. My cousin suffer from a severe headache and his brain was damaged. He was then called "forever baby". It's the saddest part for the parents who wants the best for there kid, hence, we can't have the assurance of giving our trust even to our pediatrician or doctor.
