What was the best mother's day gift you ever received from your child?

My kids are still young and they do not have money yet to buy me gifts. Last year, they both memorize a song and sung it to me. I felt so happy. I felt that it was the greatest gift ever. I wonder what would they give me this year.

Happy Mothers Day tomorrow my girls use to do that very same thing when they were little and it meant more than any store bought gift they also gave me home made cards and gift certificates for me to redeem for a backrub or they would sweep or take the trash out ect. that is the best gifts so now I help my grandkids do this for thier mothers.Have a great evening.

I received the best mother's day gift from my youngest son on mothers day 2006 see in may of 2005 my then 28 year old son was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure and went on dialysis the year before we had lost his older brother in a severe car accident. But in 2006 due to problems with the dialysis my youngest and only serviviing son had a stroke and slipped into a coma for almost 2 weeks On Mothers day I was sitting at his bed side when he opened his eyes and said "hey mom I love you" he is still on dialysis and we are awaiting a kidney transplant his sister in california has been approved to give him a kidney possibly by december this year. he is our only surviving son he has 2 sisters and they are great kids and we love them dearly but that had to be my best mother's day gift ever.

The best Mother's Day gift that I have gotten was from my son He had Just graduated from High school and he wrote a letter for me telling me how much He loved and appreciated every thing I had done for him and how he was glad that I was his mother and he wouldn't trade me for any other mother. That was the very best mother's day presant I have ver gotten. I will cherish it for ever.
