Is there anyone ehre who would like to join me in making a PTC Website ?

I have a domainname hosting and a nice program to upload on the domain. I am thinking about doing this, i am not positive i want to yet. I would like a fee reliable people to help me as i do not think i could handle it on my own.
The reason why i am bringing it to Mylot is becuase of all the many types of ptr, ptc and whats nots going around.
Do you think it is wise ? How could you help or partner in this type of avenue ?

i'd like to join the team. the question would be how to make it different than the rest, honest, and worth it for people to join add me as a friend if you're interested.
