Fast food my most recent experience

So I went last night after work to Taco bell to get some dinner. It has been my fave place and I drove out of the way to get it becuase they tore out taco bell down near my house. So, I was craving it and got there and ordered and had to repeat my order literally ten times and the girl still didnt get it right. I got my food and they had it all smashed in ONE BAG!! That was my first annoyance. I then as I sat and was waiting for then to hand me the cokes noticed three people bringing their food back soo i looked at mine and was soo angry... I handed back my food as it was made wrong. I ordered three soft tacos with BEANS no beef (hate this) and sour cream,lettuce cheese and tomatos.. They put sour cream and lettuce. NOTHING Else. GRR soo i give it back. They then just throw beans in on top of the sour cream and lettuce and add nothing else. I was too mad to care. So then when i get home i notice the chips are stale in my husbands dinner and my little girls nacho bell.. and his burrito was chicken and not the steak.. And I ordered 5 sides of red sauce which they did NOT give me.. they gave me a cup of cheese that was half filled and spilled and they charged me $1.00 for it?? WTH? AND To top it off I hate regular coke.. and they gave me regular coke that was just the last straw. I called the 800 number and they were apologetic and they said tha someone would call me in three days. I also tried to call the store and can not get a manager on the phone every time I try it just rings. I am just really frustrated.. I plan on still writing a letter to thje manager and to Taco bell and going back and getting my money. I know I am probably going overboard but it annoys me. Why can people get nothing right... And they didnt even half care at the store/resturaunt itself... ok thats my vent :)
