Hi, zibaobu. Welcome to myLot. Here is a breif explanation about myLot and how you can increase you earnings here. I wanted something like this myself when I first joined.
You need to earn $10 in order to receive payment, then after that you will be paid on the 15th of the next month. There are a few ways to increase your earnings. First, you really want to concentrate on quality, detailed discussions or responses ~ avoid one liners. You can earn a little extra by uploading photos that tie in to your discussions. Rewardng "best responses" to people (found abouve each response you receive) is a good way to begin building your reputation on the board.

Hello, Thank you so much for this great information. I'm a newbie here! I've only been here four days and your information is very useful. I wish I would have received it the first day, but better late then never. I have one question? Rewarding "best responses" to people is a good way to begin building your reputation on the board. What do you mean? Who is the board? Are you talking about the star with the 9 in it? Thanks! :)

By, 'the board' I just mean myLot in general. When you start giving best responses people see that you are reading their responses and care about what they are saying. In return they start paying closer attention to your discussions.
The stars are a little different. You get a star when you reach 100 posts. Next to every response you see a + - !. People rate discussions positive or negative and your star rating is based on that. It is subjective really and a lot of people don't care what their star rating is because of that. The ! is for reporting problems with a post to myLot... you will need to detail what the problem is.

I wouldn't worry too much about the star. Just have a good time.

Hi Ziaobu, how are u doing, I warmly welcome u here on Mylot, all u need to do is just to post quality topics and responds to the discussions to the best of ur knowledge, and u must read the rules of this site...U were paid on every month but untill and unless u didn't reach $10 in a month u were not being paid by this site, u have to wait for another month to get ur $10 payout...for any further question feel free to ask from anyone...so just start enjoy ur earnings...and all the best...
