I have to go to a picnic and the weather is instabile. What should I wear and what kind of objects do I need?

You don't need sexy clothing for a unstable-weathered picnic, because IT WILL STILL GET WET. Perhaps get prepared for the weather. Check the news on TV, radio, print, etc. for the updates.
