Why in the world "pleasing personality" is very important? I'm 27 years of age but don't have an any experience in working in companies....It's becoz of I'm lack of pleasing personality and height. I'm 5 feet in height and I can't say that I'm ugly but I have this scar in my face that most people noticed in my face.

YOu gotta need a lot of confidence.. Being beautiful isnt that important. You jst have to be smart and you need to have confidence in life in order for you to achieve your goals. Tc
