so obviously, bread contains less calories than rice by their single servings... im also a rice person and i wanted to lose inches from my waist so im trying to cut down my rice intake... =)

But i thought rich is easier to digest?
As in, i always hear lotsa people saying eat proper meals, but cut down on the bread intake...
Eitherway, both has starch...
I suppose just take the right amount and it helps...
Not too little, jus enough to make u full and not too much either...

I think rice would have less calories than bread. Especially plain brown or white rice.Bread on the other hand can be made with butter and sugar and other ingrediants that have a high calorie count.
