There is a website called Pinoy Penster Community. It is an online community of Amateur and Professional Filipino Writers.
Filipino Writers can submit their creative writings such as poems, short stories, essay, etc. and fellow writers can critique/comment on their submissions.
Pinoy Penster Community also has a great online forum wherein Filipino Writers exchange ideas and information.

thanks for posting this! i would check it out later. i don't really consider myself as a writer, but i love reading creative writings. i might eventually muster enough courage to submit something after sometime. again, thanks!
