When do you exercise?

I’ve heard that a lot of people excursive in the morning because then other things don’t get in the way. At the moment I do my work out last thing at night before I go to bed or just before dinner. What about you?

I try to do it in the evening right before I would have been taking a shower anyway, and it's usually a couple hours before bed. I can't work out RIGHT before bed or I'll be all wide awake and not able to sleep. I think morning would really be ideal, but, I start work so early that in order to exercise first I'd be getting up at 4am. No way!

actually, it depends upon our work schedule. it is best to do it though in the early morning. this is because, exercising causes all our muscles and body systems to be well awakened and thus, make us more alert as we do our tasks for the whole day.

They say it's better to excercise early in the morning, before eating, because it has more effect on the body with an empty stomach. I get up, have a coffee then do my excercising whether it be out walking, or on my treadmill, then shower, then have breakfast. Just stay away from the choccies and bickies! lol!
