Are these so many pay to click sites really pay?

There has been so many of these sites .Do they really pay.Have anyone actually got payment from thses sited.Can you name the sites which are genuine.

I am a member in 10 sites for the past 3 months so that I have not been able to reach the payout. By the time I reach payout, they will be out of WWW. I have two sites which are interesting, provided you have some photographs to upload and flair for writing. If interested, send me a PM

I have 3 or 4 that have really paid me, not much but a little here and there.
