After how long do your shoulders start getting stiff on the computer?

I start feeling like a stiff little dead budgy after about an hour and a bit lol. After one odd hour I need to move my off my proverbial and do something manual, otherwise I look like my dead budgie and that isn't a very nice sight. When do you start going stiff on the computer? Which parts of you go stiff first? Mine is my shoulders..

To be honest, I never notice such things till they come. Maybe I am still young (:P) so they don't really get stiff. My butt perhaps from sitting too long. :P

I usually feel in in my bum first, that causes me to have to move. Right now though I'm suffering with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and it's very uncomfortable to try and sit here and type. Especially as I'm always looking over my shoulder at the hallway, or even at the T.V. I should shut the darn thing off for now so as not to injure myself more. I do like to get up about every hour or so and walk around and work out the muscles after sitting at the computer. Lately that hasn't been a problem as I haven't been on much in the past month. :)

For me it's my legs, I get bad cramp in my legs, I will keep changing position from stretched out to beneath my chair to in front of me. Probably because I am tall! I don't feel it in my shoulders to be honest. I do get an achey right arm from using the mouse. It's all in the posture and remembering not to stoop or arch your back. They are the stiff bits for me!

My neck and back are the first to go after about 2 hours on the computer. So then I have to get up and stretch and walk around and go do something.

I have been using the computer for a while. I am used to it. I can sit here for 8 hours straight if food were brought to me and I can use the bathroom right there on the spot. ^_^ I don't feel any stiffness for a long time. I think it's either the neck or the back, because I don't sit on a comfortable chair. I guess I am still young. But staring at the monitor for a long time can ruin my eyes. If I don't have to, I won't be on the computer that much. It's usually because of school projects.

Actually I couldn't notice most of the times but sometimes about 3-4 hours of string at the computer I could feel it.. Mine would be my back and my feet, they would really get numb because I'm not moving them.. hehe This is not healthy for me, I always get this even if I'm at school which is pretty a bad things because if we switch rooms then I would have a hard time getting up..

I don't get as bad as I used to. When we first got our computer after around 2 hours My neck and shoulders would be aching to no end. Since then I seem to have built up a reststance, lol. Now I rarely ever get stiff and sore.

There is nothing ever wrong with my shoulders. My weakest part of the body are my eyes. It took a long time last night there, and yet I feel my eyes are aching. Not a very nice feeling, no one does know how many years I'll need them LOL! What if I'll live another 46 years? To become blind would be a nightmare! Anyway, I have to go on yet, I still need $.49 to reach my payment this month.

My shoulders start getting stiff after 4 to 5 hours on the computer.Sometimes my back is aching enough for me to stop what I am doing facing the computer.
