I think its the best time to propose when you feel that you just can't live without each other for a single second anymore. If you both have jobs or if one of you is earning enough, then you can just go ahead and get married fast! The earlier you marry, the better it is, because then you'll grow together, and the bonding between couples who marry early is much more than others who marry late. All the best!

marriage is a lifetime commitment. i think the best time to propose is when you are emotionally stable and willing to commit yourself to your beloved, has fully understand and willing to commit to the responsibilities of being married. in addition to emotional aspect but also on financial aspects as well. you see, being married is not just all love... it's raising a family

I agree with you. Getting married should be when you are both financially and emotionally ready. I believe it is also when the time comes that you have no doubt to your partner that she/he is the one you want to be with for the rest of your life.

I guess there is no definite time for marriage proposal. Nobody can tell us unless you feel it's the right time. It will happen once you feel you are decided to get married. Do you feel your partner's feelings about marriage? You should know if she's already prepared for this stage. Or you may take the risk, who knows? Goodluck!

It depends. How long have you been with your significant other? Have you talked before about marriage? It really depends on a lot of things.

May I suggest you both talk before you pop the question? It will help ease the heartache. If you do propose, make it romantic and unforgettable.

when the thought keeps tugging and bugging you to no end, and there's a partner you think is worth in all the world for you and that you can afford it, manage it - not just the wedding, but the whole lifetime of the marriage.
