A coffee a day, keep my headache away!

How much do you like coffee? For the past ten year, never a day past have I not drunk one or two cup of coffee. Not that I like it so much that I want to enjoy it, but that I've depended on it so much that I can't live one day without it. If I forgot to have a cup of coffee, I would certainly have a serious headache the whole day. Is it harmful for me to depend on coffee that much?
