What help get rid of depression?

These days I unconsciously feel depressed and easily let go my temper. I can't find the reason for my blue mood. People say the change of the season is to take the responsibility for people's bad temper. What can help me get rid of depression?

engulf yourself in the ore busy situations or hang out with friedns and family... divert yourself from everthing that causes depression...

The best way to come out of depression is to spend some time with a close friends who has a positive attitude.

well, why don't you try to make yourself busy? go with your friends like going to the beach where you can relax...go for some sports or have some curricular activities wherein you can divert your attention...you can also consult with your friends and have some talk with what you feel or what you are going through :)

Only you can change your current mood and situation by deciding that you no longer want to feel that way. Choose to be happy, to feel lighter and full of more energy and life. Choose not to explode and take your ill temper out on others. It's a choice, and only you can make it.

though the above comments made will help in a way may be for temporary relief ,when i serched i find out that depression is happening due to the hormonic changes in our body and lack of certain chemicals ,due to the incorect working of the endocrine glands etc.and i have personaly came over from depression by doing yoga pranayams and asanas.changing the diet into more brown rice or wheat and include raw veg and fruits this will supply neccessary minerals to reduce the stress hormones of depression causing hormones. do anuloma viloma pranayam by watching the t.v programmes mentioned in the follwoing site www.divyayoga.com or from any yoga master .do exercises that will alos help. try laughing at yourself infront of the mirror (when ther is no body else in your home)

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
