I hope this isnt too much of a eprsonal question, but how much money can be made being an Avon Rep. A few of my moms friends have done it and Ive always wondered how much money they make. Is it enough money to make it your full time job? Or is it more of a job where you just make pocket change?

I've really only earned pocket change to be honest. I don't know how some women do it, or if it's really even that possible to make a pretty penny by selling Avon. Some women are just luckier than others I expect. I mean, the first four campaigns, it's rather easy to earn some extra cash, but after that, it's much harder, and to really earn anything each campaign, you have to sell quite a bit every two weeks to even earn a return. It's difficult, I do it because I enjoy looking at the products and sometimes I can earn a few extra bucks, it all depends on how much you're willing to work, and some women, work extremely hard and never make it.

I agree with you. I've made only a few dollars here and there. but when i first started i sold $500 in one campaign and banked about $300, but that was only because my first 4 campaigns were 50% of what i sold. But if i it wasn't i would of made about 150. But if you sell it alot and do good you could make a living but you really have to be on top of your game and have a numerous amount of customers that buy!

It depends on how much time and effort you're willing to put in. I'm a sales leader in the UK and I earn commission both on my own and my team sales. A couple of girls in my team earn over £100 per week purely on retailing but they do put in a lot of footwork and have a big customer base. I don't have such a big customer base as I spend most of my time recruiting and training my team. You're best to speak to someone in your country about the commission rates there. Hope this helps you a bit.
