Have you ever actually tried any of the receipes off mylot?

How many of you have acutually used any of the receipes found on mylot? I had just written a receipe down on an index card that I had just gotten off of mylot.When I went to put the card into the plastic box,I realized I had all these recipes and had never made any! I did start to make some as I realized there was no sense in writing them down if I was n't gonna be using them.It got me wondering how many people out there have actually used receipes or how many have written them down and forgotten about them.

LOL You are so funny. LOL I always make the recipes I post on mylot but I dont usually copy down many from other people. I know that sounds so weird but I love to invent (so to speak) my own recipes. I can look at someones recipe and I immediately think of how I can change it to taste like I want it too. Have you ever heard of anyone as weird as me?? LOL

Hi! There's a receipe I got from a member on how t make homemade gumdrops but most of the receipes I have used ,i have used from you. In fact,I have gotten the ingredients to make that 7-up cake of yours.oh, my dad has been bugging the heck out of me to make that crock pot candy of yours.that was really good.

I haven't tried any of them yet. I've saved a lot of the recipes I've found on here cause there are so many that look really good, but I haven't actually gotten around to trying them out yet. I definitely plan to try them sometime soon, but I haven't had the chance yet. :)

I have tried quite a few of them. I copy and save them into my documents "recipes file" That way I also have a record of who they were submitted by. I have tried some of the ones from margieanneart...always fantastic. I also love some of the ones Elusivebutterfly posted. There are a few others that I've tried, but I can't recall who they were submitted by off the top of my head. I love great recipes and trying out something new. Happy posting and cooking.

I have some from margieanneart but haven't used any yet. The one's I have tried have been from Villageann.She's got some really great ones.

Not really lol because first, I live in a country where most of the recipe's ingredients cant be found. Second, I cant try to bake without step by step pictures like in cooking books. I'm blind without those pics lol. But I must admit that lots of the recipes here are quite unique :) cheers!

I have to admit that I have never tried any of the recipes I have found on myLot...although I do intend to try to make "curry" as it sounds good to me.
Two Christmas's ago, my husband found me a cd rom which contained a million recipes...while I have several good cook books...I must admit that I use the cd rom more than I do the books anymore..it is so easy, I can just print and go to the store to buy the ingredients and then cook...what convenience!
