i have a kitty named Moose and when Moose wants his lovin,he wants his lovin NOW and not when I'm ready.Typical male, lol. He will climb all over the computer, the keyboard. If I reading,he will either come up under the book, mag,or newspaper,or over it and basically knock it out of my hand .If I am doing housework or cooking, he will continue to crawl around my feet until I take the time out to give him some love. Do you have any pets like that?

yes.all the time, and sometimes they double team. one of my cats went so far as to grab my bag of beads and run with it when i was working on a necklace.he had my full attention then! LOL my blue likes to harass me while i'm cooking, but there's a motive there. play with me..and give me whatever's in the pot, mommy :)

Heheheh.I wish I could have seen that, lol! that would have been quite a sight seeing a cat running away with a bag of beads, lol. MY Moose starts to harrass me while i'm cooking but I bust out with the water bottle and he hauls butt.

he usually leaves once he finds out it's not chicken (god help me if it is)..or burritos.however,we're not having a repeat of the burrito incident. (34 pound cat+ beans= yikes!)

I do not have a pet right now to harass me, unless you consider my roommate to be a pet. LOL My neighbors cat will come to me when I get home with food from the supermarket. Any time I try and bring food into the house this cat will come up and want to be petted and cuddle around my legs. :-) My brothers cat I think would do something like that but that is okay with me as cats are adorable and fun to play with.

Cats certainly are adorable! Have you decided to take your brother's cat yet or not? You certainly need to be getting yourself a pet, lol.

Reading the question all that came to mind was "well this is a no brainer answer" heheh it just seems to be part of their nature at least for mine. If I'm on the computer they will try to lay in front of the monitor or climb all over the keyboard. One loves to sleep on the monitore and hug it so that her leg covers the one corner. If I'm making the bed they love to lay on it or worse the one will hide underneath. He'll grab at your feet or legs while you move about the bed. If they can get in my way I swear they do it. Of course I love them dearly and wouldn't have them any other way but there are times I wish they'd learn I don't need them with me. For example, when I'm on the tiolet. They always want love when I'm sitting there. I keep telling them I don't need kitty cat supervision but they insist on coming in.

Our one cat likes to lay on top of the tv and his nice big bushy tale goes in front of the screen. Another likes to lay down where he blocks the DVD from the remote. They love to make life fun don't they? We had one cat try and play with the screensaver the DVD has. A little butterfly bouncing around. We have bed skirts too and I think that's why they like it. They can not be seen but they can see our feet. I'm glad you had the laugh :)

I had to laugh when i read your response. first, there's been many a time I have had something i'm typing screwed up by his majesty from him walking around on the keyboard. One thing I love when he does is,he will lye on top of the monitor and look down at the screen. He doesn't try to chase the cursor,he just gets a big kick out of the stuff on the screen.I wonder what's going on in his little mind when he sees that. As for the bed,i have a bedskirt and Moose thinks it's funny to hide under it and attack my feet while making the bed.

Moomin - Moomin just can't resist surfing the internet
My lovely cat Moomin won't let me work for very long on the computer without jumping onto the desk and walking across the keyboard. She pesters me and sits hereself on the desk, tapping her paws on the keys sometimes and being a pest. She almost entered a bid on eBay not long ago - lol

My computer is in a "cat free" zone in the house. But Taj does his very best to get in with me. Most of the cats will come for pets if we are sitting around talking, but don't let that bowl get empty, then you are in for massive harrasment (like what got me up this morning.) I have food, water & litter in my bedroom since I keep the door shut because of 1 cat in particullar. Well, the food bowl was empty, the water bowl dry & I had EVERYBODY bugging me. But when Oliver, came up with his little "mer mer" cry, then I know things are desperate & that got me out of bed. I used to have a cat named Zu that could get me out of bed with one meow of her "rusty gate" voice, since I knew she wouldn't be talking if it wasn't desperate!

My cat wants what she wants when she wants it. She will get in the way and meow. If I ignore her, she will bat at me. If I still ignore her, she will start chewing on my wrist. Then when I do get up to go get her what she wants, she will run around and wind through my legs so I will either trip and fall or step on her. She will also try to wake me up if she wants something. She will sit on my chest and put her paw on my mouth and meow until I wake up.

Yes but its funny! Suddenly the cat wants to be pet and jumps on top of chairs. The dog wants me to play with her when I'm busy. Or worse yet she jumps on up and wants to sit next to me as I do my computer stuff. I mean I love them but sometimes its like yeah! *L* ;)

Well, I have ONE cat (of four) whom I'd consider a "creative problem solver." He always comes and lets me know that he "needs something" by becoming a pain in the proverbial rear end... generally by jumping up on a desk, or table, or window sill and pushing stuff onto the floor until I get up and pay attention to him. Typically, he'll "escort" me to the appropriate problem area... could be that the cat box isn't pristine enough for "his grace," or maybe he believes the water needs to be refreshed, or perhaps the food in his food dish (typically dry kibble) isn't "new" enough for his liking. Sometimes he just wants to be let out on the patio, even though he's primarily an indoor cat. I am basically his "manservant."

Aren't we all their servants, lol. My Moose is real good at knocking stuff over when I don't pay any attention to him.Moose is very particular about his water too. One little particle in it or if it's been there too long,it's time to bug the heck out of mommy.

I have two dogs, both from the same litter, and they are crossed between Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle. One is male (Deefa), the other female (Jenny)and they sound exactly the same as your 'Moose' especially when FOOD is about. They are always around my feet wherever i go (Even the toilet!) Its a good thing i love them to pieces or they might tick me off but hey they just love me the same.....Or do they?

I have two cats. One lives in his own world, unless he wants a treat. The other one is like yours. All she wants is love, and she is under my feet, on my puter, and so forth. I love them so much, as they are really affectionate and sweet.

Yes,they are! Moose loves to come climb on me and lay his head down on my shoulder and purr and purr and purr. Sometimes he will look at me with his eyes glowing and it makes me feel so good cause I know it's cause he loves me. It also makes me sad cause I start thinking of abused animals.I don't know how anyone could abuse an innocent animal.

One of pets is like that, & it's Bella, our mini fox terrier. She can be a real nuisance. At only three years of age, she is still very much a puppy in her behaviour. She follows me around the house everywhere. That doesn't bother me, when I am sitting down or lying down, to read, knit, or just watch TV, she is all over me. She won't just sit quietly on my lap. She has to constantly try to get close to my face. And the licking! I have never been able to stop her trying to lick my face.

LOL Yes, I have a very spoiled Basset Hound who requires me to pay attention to her belly several times a day. Years ago, she had a bad case of mastitis and I had to do warm soaks and massages to get the fluid out several times a day. Ever since then, she's been in the habit of lying on her back, several feet from where I am, and demanding attention. She wiggles and whines and twitches and flops her massive Basset paw pads at me until I give in and rub her belly. I have tried to ignore her, but she's just so doggone CUTE!

I have had my puppy Eddie for about 5 months and he is just like a new baby. Needs to be cuddled (all the time) needs to be petted. Follows me everywhere I go, (and I mean everywhere) But at night when he cuddles me and makes me feel like a new mommy it is all worth it. He is my sweet boy. Will have to post a pic later.
