Here's a challenge for you: Every day when I eat breakfest it takes about 2-3 hours 'till I'm prepared to eat just about anything that crosses my path. I eat branflakes which is like cornflakes but with loads of fibers and it's made from whole wheat (or maybe oatmeal, not sure..) so it is suppose to be filling but you can't argue with the facts: I'm hungry! What should I do?

I find that if I eat small amounts of food frequently throughout the day, I'm never truly hungry or starving. I usually am not ready to eat first thing in the morning, so I usually eat a small breakfast around 8:30. I'll have a piece of fruit or some beef jerky mid-morning, lunch around noon (usually half of a sandwich or a small salad), another snack in the afternoon, then dinner around 6:00. Another small snack around 8:00. What this does is keep my metabolism running at a higher rate and I don't get ravenously hungry.
