hmmm... now a days.. especially here in the Philippines... almost all people have their own cellphones, even the elementary grade have their own... almost all have their textmates. they do all the texting all the time.. but in my case, since i got my cellphone, i didn't even try once entertaining textmates.. it's just a waste of time for me. how about you? do you spend most of your time texting?

I used to spend some time in texting with my friends and ex-boyfriend. But now since me and him have broken up, I don't really text a lot anymore. I meet my friends online at night and it's much more convenient to type on the keyboard. I only text people when I have a message to leave them or something. I think I text only 2-3 times a month. Besides I change my phone plan to save money, now texting costs me money too and therefore I don't text much partly because of my budget too!

Right I only use that for fixing appointments or let the people know some urgent messages. Otherwise, I don't actually use my cell phone at all! I am amazed by seeing how many people are constantly on the phone forever when they are riding the subway back home. I can't be on the cell phone too much, the radiation would give me headache!

Ever since I owned a cellphone, I've never been a text addict, and I'll never ever be one. I only text someone if it is necessary and exchange a couple of messages, and not to chat for hours. I find that it is a waste of time to chat day and night. I have better things to do which are more worthwhile.

i spend a lot of time texting my friends and officemates but i don't consider myself a text addict. every weekend i register with Globe unlimitext since i don't have too much to do then. well cellphones is a fast and easy way to communicate.

Since the advent of offering unlimited texting, I was bit crazy on sms messaging. No doubt why Philippines tagged as the texting capital because a lot of text addicts are here. Lols. But now, I seldom text because I'm over with it. Nonsense quotes, chain messages, etc.. Just a waste of time indeed.

I only have my cellphone in case of emergencies and its a prepaid tracphone. It is cheaper to send text messgages with it, so that is usually what I do with it most. But I don't text a lot. I hardly ever use it at all.

i talked to friends, family and my partner thru text messages. we share jokes, rants, raves and other anecdotes of our day. i also use it to contact my officemates and bosses. for me it's just like chatting over messenger platforms. but i dun entertain strangers who ask "can i be your textmate?", i dun even reply to those people.

I am not a text addict at all. I do not like to text. It is too time consuming for me. I like to receive a text once in a while - it is nice to know people are thinking of you - but I only reply to texts, I never start them.

I am not. I'm not a text addict. I just send text messages for my personal errands and business. I'm not fun of engaging into textmates, for the very reason that it's an additional expense. I've known others who really are text addict and i really question there reason. They claim that it's fun but how about their expenses? But maybe they just have excess money for that. But for me, i'm very practical when it comes to that. I'd rather indulge myself to food and other wants than to texting.
