Are you prone to panic?

Or don't you panic at all? If you do, what causes you to panic and what do you do about it? I am prone to panic when it comes to plans not pushing through. Usually, it would involve money. No matter what I do, I panic when it comes to money (or the insufficiency of funds). That's why now, I always have a back-up plan or alternative, just in case the first plan doesn't push through. How about you? Do you panic? What do you do about it?

i am a panicky person, too. whenever i am no longer that what i am doing is proper, i get my heart pumping real hard that i hear it. that's when i am sure that i am panicking again. i have to get hold of myself by letting my mind have a control of myself. i think it over and over or ask someone's opinion to put me at peace. it is good for you. you know how to make a back up plan.

Oh dear, I think you're prone to panic attacks indeed. I suffered that once before. What I did was take a few deep breaths and then went for a long walk. I hope you get to conquer your anxieties and overcome panic. Thanks for the response!

I panic sometimes when it involves money such as missing to pay something that I should have paid or when it comes to safety of my children. The worst panic that I had was when I was working in a different city while my daughter was in Cebu with my parents. There was a fire that was about to consume the houses in our neighborhood and got so afraid that they might forget my month old daughter that I just run back forth in the house and run. What was I thinking? I was in Tacloban at that time and my daughter was in Cebu. I felt so helpless that I just cried out of worry and this irrational thought that they might somehow forget my daughter who still can't walk while the house is burning. I really don't want to live through that same experience ever again.

I think I am someone who have forgotten what panic is. I take things rather easy now, especially work pressure. In situations, I find I am more calm than panic. Though I may get nervous, but I don't classify it as panic. Perhaps I will panic only when the question of life commitment comes up. This is something remain untested :P
