IP in DNS blacklist, Please help

I'm not able to login to my e-gold account for the 2nd time. I received the message that my IP is in the DNS blacklist and before removing this from DNS blacklist I will be not able to login to my account. tomorrow I check the sites www.au.sorbs.net www.spamhous.org www.habl.org and found my Ip on CBL list and request them to remove it. After that I was able to login to my account, but today I'm again not able to login. Please help me, What should I do to solve this problem on permanent bases??????

It was happened to me recently. After contacting e-gold authority, they advised me to contact my internate provider so that the ip address can be removed as the same has been black listed. The alternative idea they conveyed me that my computer may be virus infected and I have to clean it. I applied the second one, but no result achieved. I, finally formated my PC and it worked. Hope you may get help with this method if you have still problem. Thanks.
